How the CCA should really work.

Here is a grammarless yet simple overview of how low-ranking CCA should operate:
Zaughi: cca canonically are not a structured, disciplined paramilitary force
Slashraider: Once they reach 03-02 they become less human
Zaughi: they are a large loosely connect gang of thugs
Zaughi: connected
Zaughi: that use radio codes
Zaughi: and have uniforms
Slashraider: Actually CCA are disciplined
Zaughi: slightly
Zaughi: slightly
Slashraider: They have beating quotas and such
Zaughi: not to the point in which theyre fucking A+ model 1900s U.S armymen
Slashraider: Oh yeah of course not
Zaughi: like they are presented in tc
Zaughi: no
Zaughi: they need emoshun
Slashraider: That's why I'm bringing back quotas. But changing them up
Zaughi: citizens can bribe them
Zaughi: units will actually have friendships and rivalries within the core
Zaughi: actual unit character development
Zaughi: actual fear of amputation not
Zaughi: '05 go amp this mofucka'
Zaughi: fearrp
Slashraider is now Online.
Zaughi: seriously
Slashraider: Brb
Slashraider is now Away.
Zaughi: low rankers
Zaughi: should be running blindly in fear
Zaughi: during a necrotic breach
Zaughi: just like the citizens
Zaughi: if a necrotic breach happens
Zaughi: which should be a once-in-a-blue-moon type thing
Zaughi: realistically it would be a panic
Zaughi: units would be struggling to maintain control of the situation and make sure all the citizens got inside safely
Zaughi: 05s and 04s should be running in circles screaming 'what do i do what do i do what do i do?!?!?!'
Zaughi: not calmly mowing down hordes of zombies with no effort whatsoever

Makes sense when looking at 05s and 04s. I've seen too many of them thinking they know their shit at that level when they just don't.

That being said, being machine-like does not remove any possibility for meaningful development. Any of you who have had anything beyond the most basic dealings with CmD have probably realized that.

What I get tired of is a: CCA passive being done over the patrolling they should be doing, and b: 04s and 05s mowing down anything that attacks them. They'd fire in defense sure, but the clicking the fire button and firing their pistols like it's a machine pistol....no.

Yeah they are trained to react but they won't hit everything, they would miss.

No.

Little thing I don't see being tossed around anymore, fear rp, use it, it is foundation. 05's were initially said to be citizens in a suit not SS class machine pistol 100 m Olympic sprinter contortionist sideways runner zombie slayers that get in high rankers ways.
