Loyalist benefits

Post by Mr. Bubbles on Thu Feb 20, 2014 3:34 pm

So I was looking in the CCA handbook, and noticed that the loyalist benefits are seriously lacking. So, a few suggestions.

Level 1 would most likely just give you some added respect, and priority over normal citizens. You're hardly different from them though.

Level 2 might be an extra ration, as well as a little more respect

and so on and so forth. Some of the cooler benefits I've seen though for the different levels, are priority housing (Access to the Diordina and Metropol apartments, instead of the tiny hotel rooms) special one time things (such as a one time Procreative allowance, one criminal pardon, etc.) and even allowance of relationships, both public and private. Any ideas?

I support the majority of this. I think loyalists are a bit lacking as you said. But on the other hand, I foresee some people saying how, "o mai gawd wat. Cumbean h8tz shitizens delete topic naow". Although, with the procreative allowance, even with the suppression field, it would be something I don't think the combine would support. They want to use the human race now, and once everyones dead, they dont need another generation.

To me it makes sense that loyalist benefits be "lacking", especially considering any benefits you might happen to get automatically means you're having a slightly better time of it than the average citizen. In the grand scheme of the Universal Union, a few human loyalists don't matter. They would give just enough benefits to convince some people to work towards them, and not much else.

I think the CCA should be on the loyalists asses more than the citizens, They should use them sort of like pawns. I know this because the loyalists are the ones that they can clearly see working and putting fourth effort to "help" them. They are basically highlighted initiative workers in the city. The farther you move up in the ranks, the more should be expected of you as a loyalist LOYAL to the Universal Union. If you own a shop, you are expected to keep that shop running on a regular basis or your status should be revoked. Why waste time relying on the ones who are more like citizens not even being able to willingly submit to the UU like a loyalist would.

Um go to the CWU or ULP faction and you will see all their benefits.
